"I believe cooking from scratch is the beginning of true creativity. In that process, inspiration can breathe heart and soul into the overall experience resulting in food and taste that is truly Exquisite. I love to inspire others and to use cuisine and culture as a bridge to bring people together. Working in the hospitality industry has been a true passion of mine. I want to continue to improve my knowledge and skill in the art of cooking and spark the same passion in others to create an exquisite dining experience of their own"


Encouragement from a Pastry Chef inspired Tiffany to attend the School of the Art Institute Chicago where she earned her Associates degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Culinary Management. For the past 16 years, Tiffany Williams has had her hand in practically all aspects of the restaurant industry. From garde manger and pastry to sauté and grill, Tiffany has worked in a vast array of kitchens ranging from corporate to fine dining, offsite and backstage catering and has even worked on special projects with acclaimed Chefs Tagahashi Yagahashi and Rick Bayless.


Her accomplishments don't end there. While continuing to gain experience in her field and being well versed in the back of the house and 

front of the house she was offered the position of General Manager for a 1.25 million dollar account with Jewell Events Catering - a company who is responsible for catering all presidential visits to Chicago. She has had the honor of working as a Lead Chef for President Obama's 2nd term fundraiser dinner and was the only female Chef in a leadership role at the Nato Conference held in Chicago alongside Chef Carrie Nahabedian. Tiffany has prepared exquisite dining experiences as Executive Chef - Backstage Catering for some of the biggest names and events in entertainment such as Beyonce, Chance The Rapper, Cold Play, Guns & Roses, Lollapolooza 2016 & 2017, Ozzy Osborne, Gwen Stefani, John Legend, Alicia Keys and more.


In addition to raising three children, Tiffany also manages her own catering company. Exquisite Catering & Events is where Tiffany proudly teaches weekly cooking classes, hosts social cooking events and sponsors public and private events. She even provides restaurant consultation and improvement services.

 


Three Chicago chefs made it as finalists in "The Chew" Chicago Cook-Off. Ryan, Val and Ji tasted three scrumptious dishes -- Bianca Vallone's lasagna, Mark Wright's short rib pot roast and Tiffany Williams' 6-hour braised brisket.

Monday's best chef won a trip to NYC to compete against other chefs across the country in "The Chew" Best Chef on the Block Cook-Off contest!
