Crushers club

Crushers Club is a non-profit located in Englewood that serves high-risk under under-invested young men between the ages 8 to 18. In a nutshell, they replicated the gang model but instead of crime and gins they use employment and a variety of programs that are WorkForce centered. We plan for our youth to start in various positions, continue to grow with the industry, and make the connections they will need for the next step in their careers.

Who are Crushers Kitchen Partners?

Crushers Kitchen Partners are restaurants, catering companies, and hospitality groups that partner with the Crushers Club to employ, teach, and create a sustainable and safe work environment for Crushers Club Youth. A buddy training system would be great for training vs. a printed manual. These partners work in agreement with the Crushers Club to ensure a better-fulfilled future and opportunity for the youth of Englewood and beyond to create a better Chicago.
